Selling Emerson Ave North - Two Sales in the Last Month!

Although I love selling homes throughout the Twin Cities, it's particularly nice when you can literally sell a home "close to home". 4219 Emerson Ave North was a distressed, vacant, foreclosed home a half block from my house. When it came on the market last year, a renovator client of mine was looking for a project and we saw the potential of the house. The restored home will close in October. My next door neighbors at 4310 Emerson Ave N decided to downsize as they approached retirement. Their award-winning Tudor-style home was a joy to sell. Amazing gardens, classic interior design, and thoughtful attention to detail made for a winning combination. Steph
