Well Fargo has donated $6.3 million to NeighborWorks of America to be used as down payment assistance for owner occupant homebuyers in Minneapolis and St Paul. Income restrictions do apply based on family size; however, the limits are up to 120% of Area Median Income, so it's a program well-worth checking into.
