ABOUT STEPH

Welcome to RE/MAX Results and the Stephanie Gruver Team

A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.

Why Work with Stephanie Gruver?

As your real estate professional, Stephanie utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, she will listen and help you find solutions tailored to meet your needs.

During her decade of experience in the insurance industry, Stephanie found her true passion - working with owners of historic and custom homes. Whether it was an Arts and Crafts bungalow in the Longfellow neighborhood, a Victorian mansion on Summit Avenue, or a straw bale custom built "green" home - Stephanie always enjoyed meeting clients and finding ways to help them solve their insurance needs. After pursuing a long-term dream to work for a local nonprofit developer of affordable housing, Stephanie embraced an additional career by becoming a full-time real estate agent.

In addtion to her insurance and real estate experience, Stephanie graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business Management. She was named the 2005 Volunteer of the Year by the Webber Camden Neighborhood Organization and was recognized by Minnesota Housing in 2009 with a Partners In Affordable Housing award. Stephanie has received multiple sales awards with RE/MAX Results, including the Platinum Club award in 2013 and 2015, and the 100 Percent Club Award in 2012 and 2014.  Stephanie recently obtained the Old Home Certified designation from the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota to enhance her knowledge of old homes.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys looking for antiques, biking, gardening, and spending time with her husband in their restored 1928 Tudor home in the Webber Camden neighborhood of Minneapolis.  You might also find Stephanie touring historic homes such as the Glensheen Mansion, Fairlawn, or the LeDuc Estate - she has set a goal of seeing every house possible in the Larry Millet book Minnesota's Own: Preserving Our Grand Homes.
