3858 Sheridan Ave N - SOLD! But here's a sneak peak at the finishing details . . .

The new construction house at 3858 Sheridan Ave N is being cleaned today for the closing on December 30th.  I had a chance to stop by today and get some photos to show the quality of the new construction finishes so future new construction buyers can gain a better understanding of the potential for these homes.  It's amazing to see a house built from start to finish - here are some photos I think you'll enjoy!  Note:  Since the house was sold before completion, the buyer was able to select some of the closet shelving, lighting, tile, and carpet choices.  The house at 4150 Upton Ave N will essentially be a "mirror" image of the house at 3858 Sheridan Ave N, with white kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, the tile has already been selected and installed, and other items are being ordered based on the original construction budget. The Upton house will have the bronze door handles and similar bronze light fixtures, oak hardwood floors on the main level (real oak floors, not engineered), and white trim.

New Construction in Victory Neighborhood!

Over a year ago, a developer approached me with the idea to build new construction homes in North Minneapolis as part of the Green Homes North initiative.  What was so unique about this developer is he wanted to bring an architecturally-designed home to the program, with an updated Craftsman feel.
